Mixer upstream equipment control system

The upstream equipment control system has two level control

The 1st level is the field level, having the special industrial PLC to directly control the field equipment, ensuring the smooth running of the whole system.

The 2nd is a computer management level, having a specialized industrial control computer to realize the management tasks like raw material warehouses, recipe bank, weighing reports, mixing curves and mixing process real time monitoring etc. and also down load the production recipes to PLC.

Field control level

With advanced PLC as the key controller, the module combination design and bus communication are used. The control system consists of the general PLC station and slave stations, all peripheries executing elements and testing and measuring elements are connected in site with the related slave stations, and slave stations and the general station are connected via communication links for data and information exchange, formed a complete equipment control system. If needed the various mixers equipment PLC can be connected through networking to connect the various mixers equipment independent PLC systems to form a LAN NET system, enabling the data exchange of various independent systems in between various independent equipment systems instantly through LAN without any trace.

The use of module combination designed control system can carry out joining and combining in accordance with the different requirements, realizing the system design advance, running reliability quick and convenient maintenance and greatly reduced construction and installation costs.

Computer management level

The management level of the mixer upstream equipment uses specialized industrial control computers, the computers have multiple industrial connection ports for RS-232, RS-422/485 and USB etc. The management computes are equipped with Ether network ports to integrate with the whole factory production management information network and realize the unified factory management and monitor and supervision.

The specialized industrial control computers are much suited for working in industrial fields and much higher reliability and anti-interferences compared with the normal computers

The computer management software is independently developed by our Corporation with orientation to different users, which has the advantages of simple and direct interface, rich functions and stronger orientation and the newest software update version can be supplied to the users.
